Modidima Mannya is an admitted and practising Advocate and a former public servant who served as a Legal Adviser to a Minister and Premier and a former Head of the Departments of Agriculture (Kwa Zulu Natal) Education Eastern Cape Province.
He holds the degrees B.Iuris (University of the North) and LLB (University of Pretoria).
